This commonly happens after undergoing a hair transplant procedure from a less experienced Hair Transplant Doctor or technician. Suffering from a damaged donor area after having undergone a Hair Transplant Procedure does happen when procedures were done at lesser experienced Hair Transplant Centres and illegal centres operating at hotels whilst the black market of hair transplant surgeries are thriving globally. It is pertinent that a Hair Transplant surgery is performed by a Medical Doctor and assisted by his or her team of senior and qualified nurses. The Medical Doctor must hold high credentials in Hair Transplant Surgery and rich experience. In most cases, an aesthetically displeasing donor area is the result of a bad job done and such bad jobs happen when patients placed priority of price whereby they opted for knocked down cheap hair transplant surgeries. Local Anaesthesia is localized to the region of procedure which means that the patient would experience no pain. The patient would be given pain killers for the next one week. In terms of recovery of the region, it would take 7 to 10 days. However, your daily routine will not be affected.
